The 2009 Graduation Cap just one day lost its texture. I can’t say when, but I am sure this was not intended?
EDIT: I should also mention I am using Google Chrome; I originally was on Roblox+, but the same thing happens even when I disabled all extensions.
It’s fine for me?
EDIT: Windows 10 Home on Chrome.
Displays without texture for me, on Chrome & Firefox on Linux and on Chrome on Android. Will check windows when I get home.
It appears that this works with 3D enabled (tried it), but with 2D on, it won’t work.
Yeah, the texture is missing for me too.

the texture is fine on the item page.
Seems to only do it on 2D view.
This is common and usually the textures are fixed after some time. It has happened with other hats before.
