I can’t explain it better than this gif. The window simply doesn’t open unless I click the expand button on the side.
However, you can open other windows after the first hasn’t opened and they will actually open. It happens on all menus.
Yup can confirm have had this problem for a few days.
I’ve also been experiencing this for a few days now, it can be pretty irritating.

This is still a problem, however, with the announcement of the System Menu deprecation, it’s been marked as a high priority item.
