Roblox player not capturing mouse properly

I believe my title description is correct though correct me if I’m wrong. The basic problem is that I can play a Roblox game fine but I have my taskbar on the side of my screen and if I move the mouse too much it will leave the Roblox window and interact with the taskbar. This might seem normal except that it occurs even if I’m zoomed in to first person. And even in third person, if I have a small window open and I move my mouse off the Roblox window it will continue to control the camera in the Roblox player. As far as I can tell this happens to me in any Roblox game and unfortunately I don’t know when this originally started happening since I very recently built the computer I’m using and I switched from mac to windows.

I’m running Windows 10 Home
Version 1607
OS Build: 14363.1198

This is still a problem and is preventing me from playing anything competitive where I need to be in first person. Is anyone else having this problem?
