Welcome to the training guide, this guide has been made for the high ranks of TLAB. Here we Will be going through what kinds of events that can be hosted and by what rank and what kinds of events that cannot be hosted.

Trainings - Trainings can be both promotional and None promotional for any ranks. But be carefuly to not promote anyone twice or more under 10 Hours. Remember 1 Promotion per 10 Hours. Defense trainings, offensive trainings, discipline trainings, agility or anykind of trainings can be hosted. Remember to be creative and make trainings useful aswell as fun.
Tournaments - Tournaments can be hosted by any HR with either winner getting robux or a promotion. (Notice that the group wont pay for tournament winners if you decide to host a tournament for robux you need to pay out of your own pocket).
Practice Raids - PRs can also be hosted by any high ranks. But they must only be within the group and are suggested to be hosted at “The Road to Masyaf” Which is a base mainly created for such porpuses. Only MA+ Can host PRs with other groups But they must be granted permission by the Dignitary or Mentor
Patrols - Patrols are a common event that can be hosted. Your Patrols can be however you want them to be and the purpose of a patrol is to protect the fort so Remember that. When patrolling you are on duty and can use everything oh have learned from trainings during Patrols.
Discord Events - High ranks who for example cannot be on at times can always create activity through discord. these events are usually fun events for example a Movie Stream, a group talk, a big vote or doing something togheter with around 10-15 people in discord attending.
Your own Events - if you are creative enough you can come up with your own event and host it. Just make sure it is nothing stupid, free promotional for people or meaningless and boring. Make sure Its also nothing like a “Rap battle”
