Repro

Upload a transparent icon to a group
It will have the old dark-grey background

Visual Aids

System Information

CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz
Memory: 24gb
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650

Browser Information

Microsoft Edge
Version 132.0.2957.140 (Official build) (64-bit)

Expected behavior

It should have a transparent background

I have not tested this myself
I am not sure if this happens with icons that have been uploaded after the theme change

They need help discovering any old-grey themes, shown here said here:

This is not a bug as the old icons also had a background that was a different colour from the rest of the frame. The background of the icon also uses a different colour from the old theme

you are SO right! should be fixed now. good eye for warm grays

i’m working on cleaning up some rogue old grays (esp on profile and avatar) so please report any you think we may have missed!

There is 1 inconsistency because of the new theme change:

Now I know it is intended, but it just sticks out too much to not get any attention.

The Guilded banners seem to have the old color:

Favorites sidebar uses old colors.

Friend Requests use a mix of the old and new color.

Friends in the Friends tab still use the old color
Same with the followers and following tab

(desktop app only) the top bar when opening the communities tab or any tab is also still the old gray

This tab in the avatar editor also still uses the old gray

@BitwiseAndrea are you able to also make the rounded conours more smooth? some pages dont look smooth as the rounded conours arent nices.
