Introduction
Atlas Resorts offers users a way to donate in order to get a role, you can do this by visiting our dedicated Rank Center. However, there are certain agreements that have been put into place to ensure you understand the responsibility of donating for a rank. This handbook will explain everything & applies to those who donated for a rank. Ranks are sold for a good purpose: to keep advertisements running & fund development. Each donation counts, and will be used wisely.
Redeeming & Errors
In order to get your role, you must visit the Rank Center. If you face any unexpected errors while using the game, you can join our communications server and hit us a direct message for help. Please get ready to show proof of your purchase, instructions will be provided if you struggle to give valid proof.
Terms & Conditions
| Rank gamepasses are counted as a donation, not a lifetime pass. This means you will be unable to claim your rank more than once at the Center.
| We will always provide a service for you, such as automatic ranking for your gamepasses or an easier alternative on our communication server if you run into any issues.
| We reserve the right to terminate you without prior notice if you fail to follow our terms, general rules & your duty.
| We will not be held responsible for lack of knowledge surrounding the rules, or your general role. However, we will always ensure we have our handbooks up-to-date for 24/7 access.
| We will not be held for any fake products, all of our rank donation gamepasses will be held on our group. Other products in other groups will not count.
| You have automatically granted us the right to revoke your role if regulations are not followed, this will not be refunded for. We will always provide a valid reason towards any termination.
| Accidental purchases, etc will never be refunded for. Roblox already takes some of the funding, and it’d be unfair for us.
| Attempting to fake a rank donation, or creating fake scams will result in a removal from our services.
| You will always be able to ask for a reason surrounding your termination or suspension: we will provide that information upon asked for.
Disclaimers & Notes
As mentioned, we will have all the rights to remove you from your role or punish you accordingly if you fail to follow our guidelines. We provide resources on our main handbook linked below to show you how to do your role. No excuses can be made as we have given you the resources to know your job.
