Introduction
Atlas Resorts has the right to ban an individual or a group from our services if they fail to follow the main hotel guidelines. Users who remain banned will be unable to interact with our services or the community of Atlas Resorts. If a group is banned, alliances will also be informed of the situation to keep them updated & known to the issue.
We hate to ban users from our services, but sometimes it is needed if the user is continuously breaking the guidelines. With that being said, there are multiple types of bans.
Temporary Bans [SERVER]
Our HRs have access to temporarily banning a user from a server in one of our ROBLOX games. This will usually be done if you have been found to breaking our main guidelines. If you get banned through this method, you can wait for a new server to be made to join back; just remember to start following our rules.
Trello Bans
Our SHRs have access to banning a user through Trello; this usually consists of permanent bans but can be appealed with a good reason by visiting our communications server. By being Trello banned, this means you committed a major negative act or continuously broke our guidelines. With the Trello ban, we will always log the proof internally with a good reason to be used for future appeals. Trello bans are global, meaning that it will ban you from all of our services.
Group Bans
These bans can only be performed by the Chairman of Atlas Resorts, you will usually get a message on all of our games when kicked. The message will notify that you are in a blacklisted group, and must leave to be automatically unbanned. Banned groups are usually performed if the group is used for exploiting, raiding, impersonation or a copy of our services. To appeal a group ban, you must be an owner of the group and visit our communication server.
