means positive - you can now identify what makes NPCs rate your hotel down/up! - Free pet slots are now assigned to users who buy crates with Robux, finish the pet quest, and earn the BIG Santa pet to reduce limitations, you’ll no longer need to delete a pet/buy pet slots to do these actions as we appreciate the inconvenience and possible impacts
