Forcing an avatar not working (SOLVED)

I hope this video helps explain my problem.
I made an avatar that you have to be in my game, but it’s not working; it is not transferring colors over from the model. It’s only using the base model and not the colored version, even though I put the model into StarterPlayer and named the model StarterCharacter.
please help.

Is your character model using the “BodyColors” object to change its Part colors?
