There are games like Portal in Roblox that show a part that shows to a different position, but I’m not sure how, can someone help?

Depend on what you need you can put a ViewPortFrame on a BillboardGUI as @J9White said, or put a ViewPortFrane in StarterGUI and set the ScreenGUI’s Adornee to the Part you need
