Just wondering what I should do in this situation. I have only received earnings directly from my game which is linked to my group. Do I appeal with Roblox staff? Do I attempt to cash out again? I kind of had hoped I would get the DevEx soon.
Edit: I also attempted to DevEx last month on 3/25 and I received the DevEx just fine, but when I attempted to DevEx two days ago (4/3) It was rejected. I don’t know what I should do, all my Robux earned was through group payouts from a group I own, which is linked to a game I also own. I sent a Roblox support ticket but I’m just concerned. If anybody has any advice or experience with this please let me know.

There isn’t. You aren’t supposed to go to the forums and talk to other people about your problems. If you can’t reach out to Roblox support then I suggest you try to exchange your robux again. This usually works for me when I reattempted. Good luck.
I have the same issue. I waited two weeks for it to be processed but was rejected. I reached out to support in which it took another week to get a generic response. Currently waiting for them to respond after I expressed my opinions on how the Robux earned was valid (group payout earned from experience).
I don’t get why it was rejected. The Robux was given from a group payout that has over 200K+ members and 20M+ visits on their experience for a commission I finished.
