For some reason when I die and use this script:
it adds 16 deaths because i have 16 of these scripts for each 1 of my stages, so i was wondering how to fix this.

Just delete other 15 scripts and it will work perfectly.

No, you only need 1 script. The stages don’t matter, if the player dies anywhere, the script will execute.
