I’m currently making a fighting game and I’m trying to optimize it as much as I can. I was wondering if exploiters can alter local variables on a local script of a tool, this is because I was going to make a cooldown and I wondered if they can always make it false.
It’s not worth worrying about, just worry about server security. The client can be modified in any way, and client-side safeties shouldn’t be trusted. To answer the question, yes.
