Why did my export turn out this way?

i was going to turn a model with decals into a obj file, it seemed fine, but when i imported it into blender, i baked the texture into a png and it still looked horrible. heres the file:

I was not able to open the .obj file, would you mind providing screenshots of the object in question instead?

i don’t think you are supposed to open it, just make a meshpart and set the mash id to this file

that is the result of baking with a pbr(i think?) texture and the far one is what it should look like

theres another option for baking, which is cycles, not sure what it really does, but i dont think that’s the problem
