Catalog API does not work correctly

I’ve been trying to use the catalog API recently and I have noticed that it does not work as intended.

Like for example, this should show accessories that are free that were recently updated (with a limit of 30). However, it does not show all the items that were recent.

I’m looking for a web API that can find the latest free UGC limiteds.
