How do I change the colour of the default nametag?

Is this possible or do I need to create a custom one?
This game has what looks like the default nametag system but they have coloured text too:

I would like a gold VIP tag similar to this.
If someone knows how to do this, please let me know!!

You’d need to make a custom one, since humanoid names are hardcoded into the game engine. That game’s developer just recreated the default humanoid naming pretty accurately. You could edit the DisplayName of the humanoid in the player’s character as pictured bellow, but you wouldn’t be able to change the color since it’s still using the default system.
