How can I make an animated screengui?

I want to make a screengui imagelabel have my character doing an animation on it but I can’t seem to find a post or tutorial talking about it. Maybe I am just searching the wrong phrases but how can I make something like this similar to Tower Defense Simulator where they have animations playing in a screengui shop? Can someone give me a reference to help me achieve this please?

Technically, this is possible with Video Frames, but those look very much like Viewport Frames with animated rigs.
