How to send Discord messages from Roblox in 2023?

As you you might know in 2021 Discord has banned all webhook requests coming from Roblox

Anyways I saw people do this kind of stuff

And so here’s the question: How do they do it?

send the request through a proxy, personally i use https://hooks.hyra.io/
