Making The Camera Rotate Using the Mouse's Position

1. What do you want to achieve?
   To keep it simple, I want to recreate the classic Roblox camera

2. What is the issue?
   I’m not really sure how I can recreate it with basic scripting knowledge

3. What solutions have you tried so far?
   I’ve tried searching for a topic similar to this, but I didn’t find any results. Might’ve not searched far enough, but it’s been hours

The only custom camera I’ve made only uses left and right arrow keys, and doesn’t use a mouse. The only thing I’m asking is basically, what do i use to detect the mouse movement and translate that to the camera’s rotation?
