Is there any way to change the color of the default nametags besides changing the person’s team? It seems the system is built into Roblox which, like much of the humanoid, is rather unfortunate. Does anyone have a way to change the nametag color or have a billboard GUI that closely resembles the default one?

There is no way to change the color of the default humanoid tag however you would be better off creating your own tag, there are multiple tutorials on how to do it.
