No seamless transition from equip to unequip?

I have two animation scripts that switch to play a sword animation and a regular animation.

When I’m walking and unequip or equip the tool it switches to idle even though I’m walking

i dont have a good understanding of what your trying to do here but why have make another script rather then just running the animation from inside local script inside the sword rather than having 1 in startercharacterscripts

its two different animation packs. One is looking at the sword and walking like you have a sword and the other is no weapon

Why are you Enabling animation packs when you can just play animations? Slightly confused by your method here

I Suggest Adding An Animation Inside Script, Change It’s ID To The Animation You Want To Play When Equipped/Unequipped And Change The Script To Something Like This:

because the animation packs hold literally all the animations in the roblox game and it seems harder to have that all in the same script idk
