What's the diference btween a local script and a script with the run context Enum.RunContext.Client?

I was testting some things in the studio when I notice me the scripts now have a new property: The run context with wasn’t some time ago.
Then I had the doubt:
Wich is the diference btween a local script and a script with Client run context?

One Difference I know is that A Script with the Client RunContext Can Run within the Workspace.

And the Script being placed Inside of “Starter” Containers causes issues

Do the script with client run context run for every clien in the workspace?

Its basically just a slighly Modified LocalScript, It works the Exact same way, but does a couple of more things than a Normal LocalScript
