Custom Rig Slides On Baseplate

Hello, developers. A rig that I made is simple. It has only a head and Humanoidrootpart, with some other parts that don’t really matter. I am trying to animate it so that the model moves sideways back and forth when the player walks, but when I export it to moon it doesn’t do the animation at all. I figured this was because the humanoidrootpart was not rigged and I can’t get it to rig to itself. When using a torso + humanoidrootpart, the animation works BUT the rig slides on the baseplate and the animation is barely noticeable because of it.

Can someone please help me?
