Player flinging when jumping if limb is detached

I’m kind of at a loss here. I’m not sure why this even happens, it must be weird Humanoid behavior because it’s not my code causing this. The flinging glitch only occurs when the limb is detached, unanchored, and exists. If it is destroyed or anchored, the flinging stops.

Is there some sort of fix to this that anyone knows?

Nevermind, I came up with the idea of setting the network owner of the detached limb to the server, and to my surprise, it somehow fixed it.

limb:SetNetworkOwner()

God, the Roblox physics engine is something else.
