Opening a specific game in studio not responding after 5 seconds

I know that this is probably not the right category. But I couldn’t find the right category for this one.

me n my dev team cant open a small game in studio and after around 5 seconds studio just goes in an infinite not responding yield.
We tried disabling our plugins, reinstalled studio, downloaded copies of the game. But we cant get inside at all. We don’t have weak pcs we could handle about 4-5 studio instances all at once. If that can happen why not for this specific game? We need help cuz there is about 0 fixes to the problem that we have heard of yet.

2 days ago everything seemed fine but we cant get in the game studio anymore

Does the game work when you try to join it through the roblox website…?

I can join normally in game. yes, but if you are referring to opening studio then it gives off the same not responding thing.

Have you tried getting a recent old backup file when the issue wasnt happening?

someones currently looking for it. but rn we’re just checking of clearing empty stuff will work

Yeah I think that is going to be your best bet because im pretty sure this wasn’t always happening its probably something you guys have added

we r just testing what happens if we remove empty instances rn n we do have tje back up file

reverting to a 2 day old place didnt work. same with going to much older versions…

did you try fully uninstalling roblox studio? like deleting it from the control panel and deleting all related files to roblox studio. maybe even try removing registries

nope did not work at all… maybe its a roblox problem?

I also can’t open my games roblox is probably the problem

try using ccleaner to delete unused registries, make sure to delete ccleaner after, cuz its a lag bomb. keeping ccleaner in your system is unrecommended, it starts up at launch, is annoying, and wants you to pay.

apologies for the late reply, yes, i have already, it was a good year ago to be honest. i already have a better laptop to use for roblox studio
