I have a welding issue where if the player is using a mesh based avatar the weapon doesn’t weld to their hand, however this issue doesn’t exist on a blocky avatar. Why is this a issue?

There are a lot more questions to ask with a little bit of information to work with. Please add further details to your question.
- How are your characters set up (mesh and blocky)? Can you send screenshots?
- Are they R15 or R6?
- Do their body parts share the same name?
- How are you welding them? Traditional Welds (setting C0 and C1) or WeldConstraints (moving the part to the hand)?
- Can you provide the relevant code (if any)? Copy raw text on your post wrapped in two ``` 's.
