How can I make bubble chat colors different for individual players?

1. What do you want to achieve? Keep it simple and clear!
   Have different bubble chat colors for individual players.

2. What is the issue? Include screenshots / videos if possible!
   BubbleChatConfig changes things server-wide, but I am looking for player-wide.

3. What solutions have you tried so far? Did you look for solutions on the Developer Hub?
   I tried looking on the Dev Forum, but no solution helped me.

There is no code I can showcase, as this is an overall question on how to solve this specific problem.

I am not familiar with the new update yet. You would have to acquire more learning materials to do it, but I think there is an official documentation about it.
