Currently Roblox handpicks whoever gets the Badge (e.g You’re a well known and active Roblox Youtuber, or an owner of a big Roblox game). But there is a criteria you have to meet though the exact numbers aren’t specifed.
They will notify you when you meet it
To get a verified badge you have to apply for it. Currently the application is not available but they might allow it again in the future.
Also you should have a Pretty popular Game with high active players or be a UGC Creator. This should increase the chance of you getting the badge
There is no real benifits on getting the verified badge other than getting popularity.
