How to make a bench press stick to the character?

I’m making a bench press and i made it using it as a tool but i don’t really want the bench press to be working as a tool rather that it gets welded to the character(This didn’t work as expected)

Basically i want the bench press to move with the players hand.

welding the bench press with the players hand (WeldConstraint) should work well.

Things to do:

  • Don’t anchor the contents.
  • Use WeldConstraint for each part.
  • Create a part that is named “Handle”
  • The property C0 should be the parent and the C1 should be the Handle
  • If the overall tool is heavy for the character, make the part’s property Massless.
  • If the Tool when equipped looks wonky or in a different position you’ve intended then use the plugin made by @Maximum_ADHD called Tool Grip Editor (R$ 100). You can also edit the grip manually for free.

P.S: I don’t know if there are free plugin that handles Tool Grip so let me know.

But in my way, I would add Attachment onto the hands of the character and in the weights too so that I can put C0 and C1 into WeldConstraint
