Making a rope system like altitorture

Hey, I want to create a rope system like altitorture but I have encountered a problem. When I use any constraint, a rope, rod, or spring, one of the players are very laggy. Their animations don’t play and the physics are broken. After searching I have found out this happens because the other player basically “controls” the other, I don’t want this to happen. Help?

same! it will be very helpful if anyone that knows how to do this teaches me.

I haven’t tried this since R15 came out, but during the R6 days, I would remove the humanoid root part from the player character being dragged or captured. When they were released, I would put their humanoid root part back.
