I keep getting from time to time an admin telling me I need to post in bug reports.
I would LOVE to do that, however the +Open Draft button to create a new topic has always been gray for me, even though I’ve been here for years. So I have no way of posting anything on that forums. I do a lot of programing and have ran into many bugs over the years. Never been able to post any of them.
With 40 years of programming experience, running every editor and language you can think of, I’m sure I could be of use … Sorry if this is in the wrong spot. There is no other way to contact.

The categories in question are locked to the ‘Regular’ Trust Level. You are a ‘Member’ on the forums. Ranking up is locked, search if you wish to look more into that.
As a ‘Member’ on the forum, you can file a bug report, as you would a normal report, via the @Bug-Support group.
