I uploaded a 3840 x 2160 (4K), 30s Video to Roblox and yet the resolution when I attempt to play it through a VideoFrame is limited to 1280 x 720, the box is also greyed out and I saw no options for resolution when uploading the video. Is there no way for me to change this to the upper limit that was mentioned in the post as being 1920 x 1080?
No, Roblox automatically downscales videos like they do with images. Images are limited to 1024x1024.
I believe videos are limited to a 720 pixels resolution. Though, I cannot be certain as I’ve never uploaded a video.

Interesting. Maybe it’s an error in the docs?

Thanks for the heads up. This was indeed incorrect in the post. Currently, VideoFrames will never be displayed in any resolution higher than 720p.

Thanks! That makes a lot more sense, I was confused about why it said 1080p in the post
Will the resolution be increased?
