New chat version makes it impossible to get chat UI

The new chat version makes it impossible to get the textbox that the player types in. Its all hidden in CoreGui compared to it’s predecessor which was in PlayerGui.

I know I can use legacy chat but I’d prefer not to as I like the functionality of the newer one.

Any work arounds?

Figured it out, it’s not the ui but your able to see if the user has the text box focused.
