AlignPosition Bug?

Currently, I try to set a part to follow your avatar character via AlignPosition.
Even if AlignPosition MaxVelocity is set to 1 or 0, the part still follows to player’s character as if RigidityEnabled is true.

[Note] This bug does not happen if I link Attachment1 of AlignPosition into an anchored Part.
