I selected multiple parts and normally they used to move like a single model, and now for some reason they are moving seperatly

This is because of the handle being anchored to the arms so when you move them they move the gun.

The problem is not the gun moving, it’s the selected parts moving direction. e.x. when I move the selected parts on the Z axis, they all move to the oposite directions.

I had the same problem and fixed it.

all you have to do is to continue animating, when you move the gun and the hands move, move the hands to the position you want, if you move the gun and hands move again, do the same thing, move the hands to the position you want.

like in the video, you are moving the gun, and the hands are moving too, just move the hands to the position you want

That’s a good idea. But yesterday everything was working fine and today I have this problem. I thought I enabled or disabled something. Do u know anything about it?

I had this problem when I attached a ball to the HumanoidRootPart using Motor6D, right now if you are making an animation for a tool, I recommend you to attach the tool to the LowerTorso of the player

there are 2 solutions:

1- attach the thing you are making to the player’s torso since youre game is R6 with a Motor6D

2- do what I firstly replied, move the hands.
