Now it seems like everyone is making free UGC games, and a couple people are making mystery gifts in the marketplace. How are they doing this?

Are you trying to make a UGC game yourself? If so, you would need to enter the UGC program. First learn some blender or any other 3D modeling software, make a roblox hat in it then try to apply to the program with the hat that you made, if you get in the program, your able to upload any kind of UGC including limiteds (the ones they use in the free UGC games). Then when you want the player to get the UGC, give the player the prompt to buy it (for free, remember to make the UGC free) and then you have a free UGC game! I’m not exactly sure if everything i just said was right, since i’m not in the UGC program myself. But for the mystery gift, i have no idea how they do it.

i am fully aware of the UGC program application system, but UGC has been made public. How to access the new public version I am not completely sure.
