For some reason, having a linear velocity constraint with a vector velocity of 0,0, 0 ruins the functionality of weld constraints for me. Does this mean that even with a vector velocity of 0, 0,0, the parts CFrame is still being updated by the linear velocity constraint? If so, why? shouldn’t a vector velocity of 0, 0, 0 be the same as having a disabled linear velocity constraint?

0,0,0 is still a target, so it will try to apply “drag” to the part. Disabled would mean no force can be applied. I dont know how this would break welds, can you show what you mean.

I guess I made an incorrect assumption that roblox treats objects with 0 velocity the same as normal objects and doesn’t update the parts Position. Ty.
