Meraki Conduct of Conduct
The Code of Conduct is an organized document of regulations for all ranks, including customers and staff members of Meraki games. How you present yourself, behave, and go about your day with other people whilst at Meraki needs to be in coordination with these guidelines. Failure to follow these regulations will result in disciplinary action.
This is split into two different sections; the âGeneralâ section which needs to be followed by everyone, and the âStaffâ section that needs to be followed by our Low Ranks (Waitress+). Please note that the enforcement of these guidelines is at the discretion of our management team and their statement is always final. If you believe you have been falsely blacklisted for any reason, please address a member of our Management Team.
General Code of Conduct
[1] Trolling or purposely disturbing the operations of Meraki is not permitted, and will result in a warning given by a member of our staff team.
[2] Exploiting of any kind is prohibited at any Meraki establishments. If any signs of exploiting are seen by our Management Team, you will be permanently banned from all Meraki facilities.
[3] All clothing choices must be appropriate before visiting the restaurant or Training Center. Inappropriate choices of clothing include but are not limited to racist/sexist shirts, any clothing that bypasses roblox filter, or clothing that is offensive.
[4] Any inappropriate usernames/display names that bypass the Roblox filter are not permitted at any Meraki establishments, and it will result in being blacklisted from the game. This also includes our Training Center.
[5] Any assortment of spamming is not permitted under any circumstances and will either lead to the user being removed or blacklisted from the game depending on the severity.
[6] Any form of advertising is not permitted in any of our facilities. We are not an advertising platform and we do not expect to be treated like one either.
[7] Please avoid submitting false accusations or reports about other individuals. This will lead to an immediate blacklist once told to stop.
[8] Our Management Team has reserved the right to ban any alternative accounts of blacklisted users if you rejoin on them after you have been banned rightfully on your main account.
[9] Racism or any variety of discriminatory language is not permitted at any of our Meraki facilities. Discrimination is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic ban.
[10] Use common sense at any Meraki facilities. If you think something is not right but is not stated in the rules, simply avoid doing the action. This is a loose guide to the basic regulations to be followed. Our Management Team have the right to warn/kick/ban you if we feel that youâre trying to bypass any guidelines, just because they are not listed on this document.
Staff Code of Conduct
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please also refer to our Low Rank Expectations for more information specific to our Low Ranks.
[1] Dress Code:
All Low Ranks are required to wear the uniform at the Meraki restaurant as well as the Training Center. It is also advised that Low Ranks wear the uniform when visiting affiliates, if applicable. The uniform can be purchased via the group store. Moreover, while youâre serving/cooking in the kitchen and at training sessions, the torso of your avatar is required to be visible at all times so the uniform torso is visible.
[2] Professionalism and Behavior:
It is expected that all staff members alike act in a decent manner that any other reasonable person would act in any and all of our facilities as well as affiliated establishments. Moreover, ensure that you are following the Meraki Code of Conduct and Roblox Terms of Services at all times. Staff members that are seen treating other staff or customers with disrespect or making vulgar jokes or insults will be terminated from their position. Not only does this reflect poorly on your character, but the entire group as well. Whilst working, serving customers should be at the very forefront of your mind; therefore they should be served in a professional manner. If you are caught not following any of our regulations, consequences will be given by our Management Team.
Please also note that any actions that are performed on your account; regardless on who was actually on the account, are the account owners responsibility and the account will be appropriately dealt with. Any excuses will not be held valid.
[3] Promotions:
Low Ranks can get promoted by attending our training sessions at the Training Center. The final rank you can achieve by trainings is Senior Chef. If you are potentially interested in receiving future advancements, Senior Chefs will need to work hard to obtain the rank âKitchen Leaderâ. Asking for promotions, complaining about another individual receiving an advancement is not permitted and is counted as hinting for a promotion which lowers your chance of a promotion significantly. This applies to all staff members, as not only is it viewed as unprofessional; it is also seen as disrespectful. Additionally, you shouldnât overwork yourself; considering it is not healthy and will not increase your chance of a promotion. We like to see consistent activity and dedication if you are seeking a position in our Management Team. For more information regarding becoming a member of our Management Team, refer to our promotion guide located in our main handbook.
[4] Grammar
If you are a Waitress-Kitchen Leader, grammar is not required in the Meraki restaurant nor Training Center. Moreover, sentences still need to be readable and understandable, so customers and staff members can understand you. While full grammar is not required, staff members are still required to end their sentences with periods, question marks, etc.
Conclusion
The regulations listed in this document that apply to you and your rank in the group must be followed whilst visiting and working at any of our Meraki faciltiies. Failure to follow these guidelines or attempting to bypass them will result in disciplinary consequences from our Management Team. If you have any questions or concerns, please address them to a member of our Management Team.
