so i have a trash laptop that doesn’t even support openGL3.3 i want to do modeling in blender so
can i use blender 2.69 ? will it be good to use? what are the feature that are unavailable in that version?
Blender 2.79* (what I think you actually meant) is stable and still very useful for PCs that can’t run Blender 2.8+.
The tools are generally the same, Blender 2.8+ just has more efficient workflows, quality of life improvements, and a few other bells and whistles. But that won’t stop you from doing 98% of typical day-to-day work.
Google the usefulness of Blender 2.79 and see for yourself. The Dev Forums aren’t a great place to ask these Blender-specific questions anyways
