Ability to delete games with no start place

As a Roblox developer, it is currently impossible to add a start place to games. As a result, we should be able to delete games with no places inside of them.

If Roblox is able to address your issue, how would it improve your game and/or your development experience? Please be as specific as possible.

I would be able to make my create page less cluttered and simpler to navigate.
