Abnormally high server ping and server CPU time due to networking/replication

I have been having an issue today that seems like it might relate to yours.

Roblox is really laggy for seemingly no reason

I loaded up Roblox this morning for it to take 16 seconds for me to get the entire home page UI loaded like this: As you can see I am very laggy and loading in slowly, with an fps drop even happening as well Expected behavior I should load in without struggling and not lag along with fps drops.
