Yeah, as others have said…
We need an account pin for buying items and trading. I’ve gotten compromised and had an item bought and my limiteds traded. If that was a feature it would have prevented that. It would be very helpful.
I’m happy this was finally added, was around for a long time.
Finally, now groups won’t be easy to steal.
LOL, but anyways. True, this update so useful to be honest.
Long overdue, already had tons of cases of stolen groups.
It’s a great thing that Roblox is making additional security features!
Would an account password or verification through email would also work? I think that doing an account PIN with an verification through email will make much more secure.

I was transfering owner, but it said my account was locked. I’m not sure if this is a bug or something, but it doesn’t prompt me to unlock my account, it just says that it is locked. Then I have to go to my settings to unlock my account.
To reproduce this:
- Go onto the information tab of your group.
- Press ‘Transfer ownership’
- Put in the username.
- If your account is locked, it will come up with an error, instead of a prompt.

I was transferring my group to a holder account for the longest time. I was so confused at why it would not let me then I remembered, but the update will bring more security to groups trying to grow and not worry about outside attackers hacking.

This is a great update that is long overdue. I don’t see why this wasn’t in place beforehand.
Wooo!!! Finally! This is something to get excited about - my group has been stolen before and my friend’s group has been stolen before, so this will be a serious relief the next time something happens.
this is a very good feature. This can keep group theft. I can finally relax… so nobody can take my group! also add more security features for group!
Please require account PIN when trading. It would be so useful for me.
Could the roblox team also make an option so you need to enter your pin to trade or buy an item for extra protections , that would be great !
Yeah that too, but have it as an optional thing. I would hate to put my PIN in every time I wanna buy something.
