AD removed for “sexual content”? Then switched to scamming?

Hello,

I am a newish member, and need some advice/ opinion. I paid about 2,800 robux to advertise my group in the awareness category of the new immersive ADS and after about a day or two of it running I got a email saying my image broke the TOS for sexual content, I then appealed it because it literally has no sexual content in it whatso ever it is a stylized AD and has words that just say “ join my group ardor* and new products coming soon” ardor* means passion. Where is there sexual content at all in this photo there isn’t any. After I appealed it the second time they changed the category to “scamming”. And I cannot appeal anymore.

Can anyone help? Did I do something wrong? As I stated I’m new? They did not tell me as I requested so that I can learn from whatever mistake I may have made. Before submitting my AD I studied many ADS I seen on Roblox so I thought my AD was suitable. I am attaching below for feedback.

What should I do now? I truly believe I did nothing wrong but please let me know if I did.

No this is normal, roblox moderation is a joke

Okay thanks, I have read about it on the forum and prayed I didn’t fall victim.

Would it be unwise to re-upload the image back to the immersive AD? I paid almost 3k and it’s imageless now assuming the image was removed.

I really hope they will fix this issue that is largely impacting their community.

Also will this impact my account status what should I do? I don’t want it to cripple my future on Roblox?

If roblox took it down for two reasons you probably shouldn’t reupload it…

We can only hope that moderation gets addressed

It’s one image, it should be fine, I don’t know that much about moderation history though

Try appealing the moderation to get it removed from your history.
