I don’t think people delete their posts years after their reputation is damaged, they do it minutes/hours at most after. And people should focus on how someone is now than who they were years ago. Users use alts here to bypass the 13+ restriction, not because of privacy or whatever.
You also have yet to give a functional use case for this. If people are bringing up your past just ignore/block! Trust me people do it to me on Discord all the time – I just block them a nd problem solved.
The post looks pretty good, I think that you could add more options though like having control if your email address should be allowed to be shown publicly or not (right now your only allowed to have it private)
You are right, I just don’t know what to do right now. I feel embarassed with something they shared but I never knew that they would make fun with it this much. I deleted the post but they still have screenshots. My reputation in that group is basically gone, and I wish it (group) was a small one. I requested these features so other people won’t face with the same thing.
Talking about the topic, me and @sjr04 had a few responses on Discourse Meta and yes he did mention you can put the email privacy option I mentioned in the bio however there is a character limit on the bio and I would still prefer it’s own box for the email public privacy feature.
Looks like these features already exist:
Post content will always be public (Roblox is not going to allow posters to post anonymously, and hiding profile doesn’t hide your posts or exclude them from search) so maybe this is better taken up with the moderators in whatever Discord servers you are in, or be more selective in the communities/friends you interact with online. (or if the content you post is something that embarasses you, perhaps don’t post the content)
