Yeah, he should simply hire 1 experienced scripter and then if there is an assistant like you said pay upfront.

Wouldnât advise.
Despite me besting desperate for the experience, I was majorly underpaid and given only about one dollar equivalent for the map that I gave them. If youâre looking to get paid, you may want to look elsewhere.

They supposedly created theyâre team. Applications were closed a bit later after I applied. May still have a chance.
As everyone else said, 10% is way to low. I would much rather be paid in commission.
