All the faces disconnect from each other when importing to Blender

Hello! I have this problem, where whenever I try to import an .obj file I have exported from the roblox studio into blender, all the faces are not connected to each other.
Here’s an example of what I mean:

Anyone know how I can prevent this? I’ve already tried to connect the vertices of the faces together, however this caused the surface of the object to appear weird:
