I can try to find time this week to add in all the in-between FPS options that games and other engines tend to support. Haven’t been able to get around to it, but this is a good enough kick to go on and do it

I am pretty sure this doesn’t even work anymore, as Compatibility lighting is no more and ShadowMap and FiB has been merged together.

hey doge can you manage to like add back the old lighting tech flags? those didn’t really cause any advantages nor really cheats at all, dunno why you guys patched them in the latest patch

Flags are regularly removed because we do not want to have to maintain every old code path. Sorry, but no.

This simply isn’t sustainable and requires that we play cat and mouse and constantly make sure that specific FFlags can’t be abused. Also, even if this was added, it certainly wouldn’t include reverting to old CoreGui, as the end state of most flags is for the code it’s replacing to be completely removed for maintainability reasons–we would just be encouraging delaying the inevitable.

Will the FPS unlocking FFlag be added to the list before the release? Some people in the community I’m in are complaining about not being able to utilise their 360hz monitors and whatnot

Is there a reason it can’t just be a slider with a number input?

Also, is it planned to make some of these flags client settings in the future?
