No. The Roblox TOS say that “We do not allow content or behavior that depicts, glorifies, or encourages suicide, self-injury, or real-world activities that may create an extreme risk of physical harm.” Here’s another article about it if it helps: Is hanging illegal?

Yeah, I’m pretty sure they would allow that, as long as there is not depiction of hanging.
