Am I allowed to Reupload Pokemon Brick Bronze without any Pokemons?

Hello folks,
I have been feeling nostalgic recently and decided to explore the Pokemon Brick Bronze assets.
However I am wondering if I could reupload the game as a showcase. This means that there will be NO POKEMON!

Please input your feedback.

Anything that’s copyrighted material can not be used without risk of it being taken down.
Even if you aren’t charging for gamepasses etc. you still may get Robux from Premium payouts if premium players visit your place.
Robux can be converted to cash, so you could possibly be making a profit from copyrighted (even if it’s open-sourced) material and assets.

Well all the Pokemon copyrighted materials will be expunged. However if you’re referring to the assets then sure ig I’ll have to check in with the creators (tbradm).

Yeah, like I said, if there’s any ownership involved you may get your place removed and possibly a DMCA action against you.

if nintendo doesn’t find out though then I think you should be okay…

especially if its small game or not that big game

And @fredbearlover17 does OP want to take that risk.
I had a test place with ‘Formula One’ in the title. Nothing in it was copyrighted material. I made F1 cars and put them on a track for high speed testing of Constraints.
It only had about 12k visits and for some reason they found out about it and got it taken down due to Trademark violations.

As I said, I would remove all content relating to Pokemon leaving nothing but the map itself as a sort of museum. However I do need to consider that the map is not mines and will need to check in with the creators (they’ll prob say no due to the illegal activities conducted by those revival games).
