Animations not importing correctly onto custom mobs?

Hello, so i am currently trying to animate my Zombie mob that i am using in my game, however i have imported some animations i have from the player, and inserted them into the Zombie and it seems to have offset something. I dont really know whats going on and animating isn’t my thing, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

as far as i am aware, the only main changes in the zombie model is i have changed the pivot to be at the feet although changing this back has no effect, welded clothes, and a hitbox, which is non collideable with any of the mob parts.
